PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP has announced changes to the firm’s management board. Glyn Barker and Keith Tilson have been appointed as the firm’s new managing partners.
Glyn Barker, the former head of the firm’s Assurance practice, is responsible for the firm’s lines of service – Assurance, Tax and Advisory – as well as its industry groups and regions. Glyn Barker is succeeded by Richard Sexton as the new head of Assurance. Richard Collier-Keywood, UK head of Tax, remains in post. Ian Powell, former head of Business Recovery Services, replaces Keith Tilson as the new head of Advisory. All three will report to Glyn Barker.
Keith Tilson, the firm’s former head of Advisory, is responsible for finance, operations, human capital, partner matters, risk management and compliance.
Other changes to the management board include Paul Cleal who becomes the new head of human capital replacing Moira Elms. He will report to Keith Tilson along with Owen Jonathan the firm’s General Counsel. Moira Elms, who will continue on the board, becomes the new head of marketing and communications and will report to Glyn Barker.
